Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This is permanent and removes all your data immediately.

How do I block someone?

On the match reveal screen, tap "Block & Report" below the "Not this time" button. The person will be permanently removed from your matches.

How does location work?

Available only shares your location when you manually flip the Available toggle on the home screen. When the toggle is off, your location is not collected or shared with anyone.

Why do I need to verify my ID?

Available requires identity verification to keep the community safe. Your ID photo is only used to confirm you are who you say you are — it is never shared with other users or third parties.

My match disappeared. What happened?

Matches expire after a short window to ensure both people are still nearby. If your match expired, simply keep Available on and you may match again when proximity is confirmed.
